Very nice place to stay.

The young lady at the front desk was the best part of the stay. She was very pleasant at check-in, she knows customer service.

I guess it's the general area. Not very nice clients. Rooms rather dingy and linens didn't look really clean - rather gray. Despite hair dryer being stolen off the wall, manager was nice enough to give me another one the second night I was there. Didn't feel really "safe". Won't stay in that area ever again. ...read more

Generally acceptable. It was a little noisy from the freeway nearby. The external hotel appeared to be modern. The interior needs some repairs and updating.

I have stayed multiple times in Best Westerns and this one was no where close to the standard it should of been.

Lobby closed after dark, have to deal with check in thru small window with bulletproof glass, few staff, old & not too savory, Rialto is an industrial and barrio type area that I will avoid in the future. ...read more

This hotel is the pits.. I would never ever recommend it.. They fixed nothing. Tub would not drain ( have pictures) took hr to drain what accummulated during shower. They have a hole in ceiling over sink.. water from a/c splashed from sink into sourrounding areas. Hole was put there on purpose instead of being fixed.. Many places need fixing. We were giving a room without towers/mirror, then switched to antherwith A/C dripping water on washing basin, and a tub that water did not run. The clerk on duty told me maintainence guy will come on 9 pm, which he did not. Forturately the night clerk was helpful and switched to another room which wasOK.What were rooms with problems were assigned in the first place? Also, the most of the towels were off-color that we went purchase new towers from Walmart to use. ...read more

I think this hotel needs an upgrade. Towels need to be replaced and ants need to be sprayed!
